Our kitchen normally fires up at 4:30 pm, but catering orders can be cooked outside our business hours when the order's big enough. Lunch functions, morning staff meetings, early game days — tell us the time and we'll make it work.

Two brothers. One family legacy. A lifetime around food.
What started with our father Americo's cooking in Italy, France and Australia became ours too. We opened our first pizzeria at 18 and 17, and in 2020 we brought everything we'd learned home to Nerang as Food Corp. Generous portions, fresh ingredients, honest prices — and now the same food, in bulk, for your event.

Catering FAQs
How many items do I need to get the catering price?
Any order of 20 items or more. Every item is upsized for free, each pizza is $4 off and each pasta is $4–5 off — with more catering pricing across the rest of the menu.
Can you cook outside your opening hours?
Yes — for catering orders that are big enough we'll fire the ovens up outside our normal hours (Sun–Thu 4:30–9 pm, Fri–Sat 4:30–10 pm). Put your event time in the form and we'll confirm.
Is the whole menu available for catering?
Everything. Pizzas, pastas, BBQ pork ribs, chicken wings, chicken parmigiana, lasagna, fish & chips, sides and desserts.
How do I get the food?
Pick up from Shop 1/31 Station St, Nerang at your chosen time — everything is cooked to order and boxed hot. Tell us in the form if you have other requirements and we'll work it out with you.
